Kimjang: Kimchi-Making Workshop with Laurie Jean
Join AKASF for a hands-on Kimjang (김장) workshop led by our very own Laurie Jean! Spend the day learning the process of making kimchi together, from preparing and seasoning the ingredients to packing your own kimchi to take home.
More than just making kimchi, kimjang is a Korean tradition rooted in gathering, sharing, and preparing food together. This workshop is an opportunity to experience that tradition alongside fellow adoptees, family, and partners in a relaxed community setting.
